A new chair back was shipped to me the very same day. The style is nicer than regular flat backed parsons chairs - these have curved backs and fit in nicely with the rest of the furnishings in our home.

Super Great!. Bought these for my ikea bjursta dining table that seats 8 but can open up to accommodate 12. I bought 12 of these and after three years of use, for my incredibly large family, and they still look new. No wear or tear, the black color has not faded. When i clean them, they shine. Everyone asks me how much i bought them for because they look expensive. I saved a bundle and i'm glad i made the choice to buy them. The only thing is that i have to tighten the screws at the bottom of the legs every six or nine months because they become loose after much use. That's not too bad. It's big, and has quirks, but cooks nicely, buffet dishes are a nice bonus. This is a griddle with optional buffet serving dishes that i've not used, and i wanted a griddle. I thought the dishes were worth $20, one day we'll see. Griddle only is available with a different model number at $20 less. At 27 1/4 x 13 1/2 counting the handles you need to have a storage location lined up.

It's quite a bit larger than my prior (jumbo-size) unit, the handles add a lot to the size. I had to do some reconfiguring of my storage. It does look quite elegant. My main issue is that the temp control goes into the griddle under a handle, making it difficult to see and operate. More difficult than you would ever think.

This is a griddle with optional buffet serving dishes that i've not used, and i wanted a griddle. It's quite a bit larger than my prior (jumbo-size) unit, the handles add a lot to the size. Also, have now used the 'buffet serving dishes' - which are 3 pans with lids that have cut-outs for serving spoons, in the commercial world these would be called one-third pans. There is a trim piece (large and somewhat delicate - something else to store) which encases the pans, that gives it all a very finished look, it looks real good on your table. Non-stick coating has yet to get any ding or other defect, but if you are doing something like eggs you may want to hit it with a film of cooking oil (or fry bacon first).

Perfect width for 2 people to sit across from each other and still have dishes between their place settings - oddly this was a concern with many smaller tables we looked at. This table is really good, it looks very solid, and believe me it is, standing very strong on its legs. The only bad thing is that the extension part is not kept on the table itself and it takes a lot of space to store, so if you do not care about that space, this table is a great one to have. We bought this table because we already had matching chairs (we had found them at a furniture outlet) and the price was right. Then, to top it off, the mechanism that helps you remove the extension leaf was bashed in and it was impossible to remove the leaf.

They are sending delivery guys to pack up the table, and gave us a full refund with no problems. The drawers were damaged and you cannot exchange them, they basically are not removable. The veneer was cracked off in some odd places mostly on the leg/platform of the server. They're good chairs though, lighter in weight than i expected, and the cherry wood is a bit dark, not much red in it at all if that's what you're going for, but for the money, i couldn't pass it up. I might include a picture later on with this review.

Wish there had been more when i purchased them originally, as i just pretty much and to take my chances with the color of the wood. They match my cherry dining table well enough though, and they look much more expensive than they actually are. Do be careful with them though - the leatherette is super thin.

Standard allen wrench is included, but i used a drill/driver set at minimum torque and hand then tightened.

The directions are sketchy, and many of the hardware bags were labeled incorrectly, but everything was there. There was damage to one of the chair legs, and i reported this via email to byrelax, and received the replacement on the third day. The quality of the service was as satisfying as the quality of the product. (the cartons were labeled coaster, so i guess that is the manufacturer, and byrelax the retailer.

Killer price for a great bar stool. We needed to take 3 inches off the legs because these stools are bar height and not counter height. A lot of assembly, but for the price, this is an excellent bar stool. I bought 5 for my cabin and the rustic look fits perfectly. I think they will last for many years to come, and i will be happy with this for as long as well. The chairs match the table we bought perfectly and the price was awesome.

We were having a hard time finding a table and chairs for our cabin that we're not ridiculously priced. These look great and the price was awesome.

Ok for the price. . Its a nice set, although i have to say. Assembling all the chairs sucked. And be careful not to screw too deep on the table, the nails are too long and might protrude from the table top. There was 3 screws missing and table top scratches very easy.

But it looks nice.

I love my dinette set. I chose this 5 star rating, because my set looks exactly like the picture. I've had so many compliments, and i've only had it a few weeks. The quality is the best, and i feel i received a really good deal. Moreover, this company is professional (furniture creators), and great to do business with.

I love the set put together. I love the set put together, the set had to be assembled and it probably took me 6 hours to assemble all the chairs alone (the table went together much easier). It feels very sturdy and durable, and looks like it cost way more than it did. The photo is a bit deceiving, the top of the table is solid black, not a gray/marble look like in the photo, but that is what i wanted.For the price, this set is a steal.

Chairs also require some time to put together and did have some defects with the paint on the legs, but nothing too noticeable. We were missing one box of chairs in the initial shipment but one we called furniture creations, they sent another box straight out.

It look some time to put it all together (as it comes flat packed) but it was relatively easy. The only problem was that there were a couple of screws missing from the box so we had to go out to find replacements before we could finish building the chairs. I would recommend this dining set.

Once i got it in the house my hubby started setting it up and noticed that one of the little holes at the bottom of the table was too small to put in a piece that belonged there. I wanted this glass for a table that had a big glass table top. This glass is excellent. I priced the same glass, only a little less thick and not even beveled at a cost almost 3 times higher. The glass came in perfect condition, at the exact measurements stated, and was delivered very quickly. I have ordered twice from this vendor, both times happy with the quick delivery, the packing of the glass and in particular the quality of the glass.
