A few tips to extend its value: on the chairs (which i found comfortable/sturdy for extended periods) i used a dot of gorilla glue in the screw joints, as i did have to tighten them once or twice. Once that was done, no problems. The top cleans easily, but has scratched overtime. I then sanded them and covered just the top in a quality polyurethane (inexpensive for a small can). Its been great. It seems like a lot to do, but considering the price, $20 extra in small fixes will mean that the $150 product will last for a while. .
Love It. I bought a new house and wanted more counter space or an island with stool. This table fit into my budget and works great. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly took about 30 minutes. .
